Registration for AWP’s 2011 Conference & Bookfair has opened to attendees, presenters, & exhibitors. Registrations can be purchased online, by telephone, or by mailing a downloaded registration form with payment. Below are AWP’s 2011 Conference & Bookfair registration rates for attendees.

*All individuals who wish to register on-site as students, or volunteer as students MUST present valid student IDs. All pre-registered individuals must also present valid student IDs in order to pick pre-registration materials.

Refund Policy
All registrations are eligible for a 25% refund if canceled by January 3, 2011 or a 10% refund if canceled by February 1, 2011. No refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the conference. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to be processed.
Services for Persons with Disabilities
AWP is committed to making all reasonable arrangements that will allow members of the association to participate in conference events. If you require special services, equipment, or accommodations, please submit your request in writing along with your registration form by December 23, 2010.
